Our Works
In partnership with the state authorities ibeda energy distributed over 35 powerboxx units to internally displaced families at the Wassa IDP camp in the FCT. Bringing relief to their already difficult lives by providing them with electricity to light up their homes at night and power their phone chargers fans and television sets.
Sagbama is a rural community in Bayelsa State with no electricity, Ibeda energy with permission from local government. Provided 20 homes and 10 small businesses with POWERBOXX units. These units were especially useful to micro businesses such as barber shops and computer centers where their dependence of fossil fuel generator was cut down to zero. Small homes found it very useful for lighting up their homes and enabling they're children to study at night.
Although an urban setting where grid power is available, powerboxx proved itself useful in ABIA as it was able to sustain most homes with enough electricity to power laptops, phone chargers, tv sets and fans for at least 5 hours during power outages. Furthermore, depleted batteries were replaced when the outages lasted for days, keeping homes lit at night and individuals in constant communication.
